Taking photos with Tim

The other day Tim and I went to find some old film cameras and take photos. Here are a couple from the past weekend. The camera at the bottom was a birthday present from our friends, Tim & Jessica. It’s a Olympus 35EC2 rangefinder camera from the 1970′s. It comes with a 42mm f2.8 Zuiko lens.

Rose City Condominiums – US$70 million construction project start in 2008 and scheduled to be completed mid 2011. Although judging by the current state of construction, I don’t think it will be finished on time. 29 stories high and located near the Sofitel hotel, it sticks out high above the rest of the skyline in Phnom Penh.

After completing the daily photo series, I think I’ll try updating the blog at least once a week.

You may recall an image from Day 18. This photo was also taken on the same day.

Day 28 photo (final image): The final image for this series. Captured the other night, it shows people dumping rubbish in a pile on the street for it to be sorted, collected and then taken away by rubbish collectors. Anything useful or that can be resold such as cardboard or recyclable material is separated to be sold.
